Oilers won in every category 5 on 5 according to natural stat trick. I’m not sure how you can say they were the better team.
Tonight? For sure.

Yup you can't blow a chance to go up 3-1 like that.
Actually similar to Flames-Stars in the bubble.

I never noticed before but McDavid is a handshake prober. If there wasn't enough reasons to hate him there is another one.

I was hoping the Kings would prevail after winning game 1 and 3, but, overall I am not surprised at the outcome of this series. Oh well.

Draft Pick

This series should've been a sweep for the Oilers if it wasn't for the refs in game 1 and 3.
Ekholm has single handedly stabilized the Oilers defence, day and night compared to last year, what a pick up by Ken.

Korpisalo was awful this series. LA lost the special teams and goaltending battles, and that’s saying something considering Skinner was crap too.

The strong opposing forces going against each other, no I am not talking about the teams, just those who have special interest and sway on the outcome of today's nhl.

I think you mean series turned when McReferee tripped Doughty who then coughed up the puck and Edmonton scored and then were outright gifted a powerplay that stopped a Kings 2 on 1.

Korpisalo was great to start but was a min factor in a positive realm from game 4 on. Unfortunately anytime you lose the goaltender and special teams battle, it will be difficult for any team to win.
