Part of me is happy for Giordano. Those are games that previous versions of the Leafs likely don't win. Probably games that the last 3 Lightning teams don't lose.

Holy smokes, the Leafs might actually break the 1st round curse. With Gio and Brodie on that team, I don't hate the Leafs nearly as much as I used to. Winning this round would be a huge monkey off their backs, and I could see them going far as a result.
They'd still have to get past Boston though, which isn't likely.

It was 4-1! It was 4-1! 
I can't watch the games live so have to watch them later on NHL.tv. I have the scores turned off but when you start the game it shows the length of the game. They're usually around 2 5 hours, this one was over 3 hours. So I thought Hmm, must go to OT again? Then the Leafs were down 4-1 so I thought things maybe get really stupid or there was a horrible injury. But they actually came back! Amazing how these things go.
I think the Leafs played a better series last year. The big difference this year is Sammy. He has made huge saves at key moments when in the past those goals have gone in. ROR has been as advertised as well. Accari is underrated.
Also think this was the best reffed game of the series. Every single penalty for both sides was deserved and they called it no matter the situation.
Series is nowhere near done but it's better to be up 3-1 than down!

You just wait if they win this series. It's going to get unbearable especially if the Oilers advance and MacLean starts his Oilers vs Leafs SCF campaign. Right now I'm a big Lightning and Kings fan.

I never blamed TB for that. What were they supposed to do? I blamed the refs, the league and maybe Sutter
