Congrats Pat. Good luck the rest of the way! Thanks for a great series. Capitals just couldn't find a way past the Devils offence.

WSH will take some time to determine our next steps.

Great series Bago, I thought I was done for sure.

The team showed up that's for sure. 43 shots, only giving up 27 and Gibson improves to 7-1-1 in the playoffs. Trade deadline acquisition Sam Gagner showed up in a big way on the 4th line.

The Habs are going to be a tough challenge

It was a tight game for a bit but the Flames really pulled away as soon as Barkov (leading scorer in the playoffs) left the game. Another game where the Stars received Markstrom level goaltending. Not 1 of our 3 goalies had a save % over .900 in the playoffs...just not going to win that way. All the same, was a great series and home ice clearly was an advantage. Congrats and good luck to Ravi.

Took the risk and played Koskinen for game 7 as Vanecek was 98. Adam pelech lead the way and was the games first star. Glad to see the late season acquisitions pay off. Great series Turd, I figured it would be a coin flip, happy to end up on the right side of this one.
