I think you conflating Phillips and Pelletier. Pelletier wasn't buried at all.
153 minutes on a line with Huberdeau and Kadri and was getting 14-16 minutes a game of ice time.

On that topic, the legacy of this season may be that CP turned on notorious good guy and overall beautiful person Kelly Hrudey because....I guess he talks about other teams/players during a broadcast?
