I guess you don't know FlamesFan05 posting history. GioforPM isn't the first one call out FlamesFan05 a Oilers fan troll.

Olli Jokinen had 91 in Florida too. In a lower scoring year.

I'm not giving Wolf the start. Let's give this stud a start in a fresh situation/environment. Vladar in.
Isn't there roster and call up limits?

Lost in the shootout is the fact that Calgary should have ended it in OT. they had the vast majority of chances and, with Saros down and out, Rasmus couldn’t finish.

You know Huby has been over a point per game 4 years running

And was second in the league last year

Don’t dismiss his new environment as a factor

Kylington being gone really hurt us. Did we ever figure out what the hell was going on with him?

I hope the guy is okay but that really put us over the barrel.

I don’t think Markstrom got physically tired. I do think he was shaken mentally - baby/POs/gripping the stick or whatever.

I do think he’s played with a lot more confidence since the baby came, win or lose, and save % notwithstanding.

Built if Wolf comes in and takes the net, that’s a good thing. Calgary will actually save money on goalies if that happens.

Well if it is true that he’s an Oilers troll then I apologize for my take.

No roster limit after the TDL. There are callup limits but they can get around it by just saying guys are bumped and bruised (which they are)

I’m assuming that Wolf doesn’t mishandle that puck, and sadly that’s where we are at

C. Ritchie may be newly acquired but he isn’t a top paid guy. On your theory Weegar should have shot.
It looks like Treliving and Sutter don't work well together. I think one of them will leave the team. May be Treliving at this time.
Who will get more blame for this season? Sutter or Treliving?
- Even Treliving seems great recovery after loss the teams 2 star players but Kadri and Huberdeau signing look a mistake now.
- Last year's best coach Sutter couldn't make a playoffs with the underperforming highly paid players. And his team looks like mess most of the night. They play like it's the first preseason game. Can't connect, can't find their line mates and can't defend.

I don’t disagree and my post wasn’t to crap on Huberdeau.

My biggest issue with this past offseason was signing Kadri.

The year before I didn’t love the Coleman signing but I didn’t hate it the way I hated the Kadri deal and I do actually like Coleman and what he brings.

However, IMO we should not be signing middle 6 players to 5-7 year deals for UFA market rates. Maybe you do one signing like that to push a top team over the top but in our case it’s not smart cap management.

I've heard commentators say that when he's tired his rebound control is not as good and that he's slower in movement around the net.

I'll say it again, this team is absolutely unlikeable.

If we're going to spend big money on say Coleman lets get a player who can put pucks in the net, something we've always lacked.

Markstrom post-game interview really steamed about the goal off the ref's skate- questioning why the ref was behind the net etc. It's an unfortunate bounce and he has a right to be upset, but to complain about it post-game? I know somebody else who was out of position behind the net and cost his team a goal tonight...

Got it

Kadri has been atrocious

Team worst +/-

He single-handedly turned over enough pucks leading directly to 1 goal losses to make the difference between playoffs and being out.

Horrible year by a skilled player too selfish and careless to succeed in Sutter land
