Thanks for that. Good reminder. I’m sure there are others drafted at that spot who have been difference makers.
Erik Karlsson and JT Miller were also 15th overall.
Not an impressive list but there are four in the last 35 drafts that were all stars. Two Norris winners.

Bright side is if it is true that ownership demands playoffs every year, Sutter and Tre should be gone.
It is indefensible that neither of them were willing to watch the absolute crap show that is the Flames' goaltending this year, and not give a chance to the best goalie in the 2nd best league in the world.
"BuT hIs CoNfIdEnCe" - yeah and it goes the other way too - what if he gets a win or two and realizes he can play in the NHL?
But nah, just stick with .700 Markstrom and .800 Vladar... definitely a path to success LOL
