The strategy isn't there, sure.

But it's also a personnel problem. There's no real PP quarterback - the most important piece of the PP.
There's also no bona fide sniper - the second more important piece.
They also have trouble with zone entries, and keeping it in the zone in general.

Andersson is good at holding pucks in. I think Zadorov is more creative and imaginative, but a bigger liability when it's bouncing around at the line.

Rick Ball should get an Oscar for how excited he still sounds every time we shoot the puck... even though everyone knows it's just gonna be blocked, miss the net or harmlessly bounce off the goalie and get frozen.
