Preds losing 4 of their top guys? Still look like Harlem Globetrotters against the Flames

If Sutter put in Vladar after the 1st against the Canucks we would have won.

As long as he rolls 4 lines and allows everyone an equal chance 5 on 5 I will be happy. Go Flames Go

This team is too inconsistent to win a playoff series. Too many games of late where they start bad and have to make a comeback for a win.

Markstrom was to blame for the bad decision that led to the goal but he’s already stopped 3 ten bell chances. This team isn’t good in its own zone. Way too much scramble and panic.

Such an easy powerplay to defend. When you know the point man, namely Andersson is never going to shoot.

I wonder what the average is for missed shots on the pp for the Flames.

What is with this. Why are there stretches where these put themselves in terrible position to get caught up ice and be caught off guard. Mitigating this shouldn't be hard for an nhl team, let alone one with this blue line and experienced line up.

Still haven’t tested Saros. And he’s looking pretty rough on the rebounds so far.

Team loves to collapse 4 in front of the net don't know if this is by design or not.

No team that plays an aggressive style looks good in their own zone. They make it up with three things:

- Reduced time in their own zone via clean breakouts and strong entry denial to reduce shot volume against
- Goaltending cleaning up the chances that do happen
- Playing with a lead so you don't have to take risks in the offensive zone

The Flames take care of 1
They fail at 2
And because they fail at 2 and lack a dangerous powerplay, three rarely happens

It just seems like it’s a confidence and systems issues. They don’t have confidence in their abilities and the systems haven’t given them a foundation to feel like they are succeeding.

Great there are a bunch of punch drunk oiler fans at the game cheering on Barrie.

And the flames miss the net by 20 feet on their chance.

Why is Lucic getting a regular shift? He's already -1 in the game.
