Have lived through that period of Flames history I wasn't stoked to have him back.
Don't get the love fest when Sutter was Hired. Has Calgary ever had good times with any of the Sutters? Except 04. That was a St. Lous style run from the bottom except St.Louis finished the job. Out side that 1 year the answer is a strong no but Calgary seems to love Sutters for some reason.

Button was the GM who traded Savard, and Gilbert was the coach. Sutter wasn’t involved.

I would be mad but I've come to expect it from this franchise, so I'm not surprised.
I will add that Darryl is something else, so stubborn, no matter what.
Sorry to all the people who are still optimistic, but I'm fully expecting a give up type of effort tomorrow.

I actually think they will win tomorrow. That just seems to be how this team rolls.

I would normally agree. They've won when we don't expect it this year and lost when we think its a win. However tonight was so demoralizing and after watching the post game interviews, they just seem to be over it.

This post game thread is about the same quality as Kadri's post game scrum. ####ing embarrassing.

I thought Backlund and Ras seemed a mix of disappointed, frustrated, and a bit demoralized but not throwing in the towel.
Kadri just seemed to want to get out of there, and didn't have any interest in taking personal responsibility for his mistakes that cost the team. Not showing a lot to win back the sympathies of the fan base.

I thought Backlund sounded disappointed but recognizes that still they have an opportunity tomorrow.
Was sounded demoralized and frustrated.
Kadri sounded like he just wants it to end.

I’m really glad I live in Europe now and time difference prevents me from wasting my time watching this team anymore.

I would be pleased if I don't have to see Markstrom or Kadri in a Flames uniform next season.
This season is on Markstrom. What a terrible goaltending performance all year long. Considerably overpaid since he can't make the big saves when needed. And his age is not favorable for a comeback.

Why would take him off his playoff run for some nothing games?

The AHL regular season doesn't end until April 16. The playoffs don't start until after that.
The whole point of the farm team is development. Wolf would be better suited getting a cup of NHL coffee.
Development matters a lot more than AHL winning. Of course, the longer the playoff run, the more development.

Keep Wolf in the A. He’s not gonna save this team. Integrate him in next season with less pressure on him

I would say wait to the next loss to play Wolf.
Yes, he's not going to save the team. He almost surely would have if he were called up a month ago, but that ship has sailed.
Lets be honest - the team doesn't have much pressure anymore.
