Yeah see that's... I was going to say it's like if someone leaked video of Trump meeting with David Duke, but that's a bit of an exaggeration. It's still really bad and should really dissuade anyone who was on the fence about "maybe the UCP can keep her in check" from voting for them or even staying home, for that matter... you just kind of have to vote NDP at this point don't you?

I'm sure the most informed voters in Canada will definitely take that into account as they vote UCP because.. that's all they know how to do.

It's not like he just refused to wear a mask or something, he was encouraging violent war against our police and government. While covid may have been the reason for his choice in actions, his actions themselves are unrelated. You don't just move on from this. I hope he goes to prison for a long time.

Now I want to know who leaked the video, LOL. Artur, because he's mad she couldn't do as she promised?
I have a very small, very outside conspiracy theory of sorts, in terms of the advice Anderson is supposedly giving her, because there's a LOT he should know and be imparting to her. I half wonder if he's purposely giving her bad advice because it's his secret revenge plot for her convincing him to cross the floor with her, to Prentice.  Yes, I'm aware it's nuts, and most likely not in the realm of possibility, but I do sometimes wonder if he was ever super mad at her over that and how it all turned out.

This isn't really how it works for med students entering residency. They all go through a process called CARMS (Canadian Resident Matching Service). Students apply to programs they want to enter and do a tour of interviews, then make a final ranking of what they want to do...the programs rank their candidates, and the system spits out the results .
Basically no seat goes unfilled in any specialty. Tons of students want to enter a specialty, but some lose the game of meritocratic musical chairs and get 'stuck' into family med (lots of students do want to do family med though).
There are several plausible explanations here, but students not wanting family med isn't really one of them. It's that students - especially the good ones that the Calgary program wanted to take - ranked Calgary really low or not at all.

So Anderson has called out the NDP on twitter for defaming him...but isnt it just the words smith said 'that rob was handling it' that would defame him. He gonna sue ds for that?
