I don’t understand what conclusive evidence means anymore. Do they literally have to see the puck? Cause it’s under the pad behind the line then it’s a goal.

Correct. It’s not like when it goes under the pad it enters a magic portal and isn’t there. It’s there, and it’s in the net. Was the whistle blown at that point? No? Then it’s a goal. Not that hard.
