Yeah, I wouldn't over think it. It's an optional practice and he is at least there getting input from staff. I don't think lack of practice or fitness has been his issue this season. I think it is more between the ears with him.

Someone did say lower body in one of the telecasts. I also wondered if it was a mistake, because it had been labeled as upper body in a prior telecast. Who knows?
