The part that's most asinine to me is Nexen had been the anchor tenant in the building since 2000; how could they  not know it had asbestos in it? The building was built in the early '80s (opened in '82):  of course it has asbestos in it!  Any office building of that vintage, and older, has asbestos in it.

That used to be my go to for camera equipment reviews and opinions.  They suggest it’ll stay online for a while but it would be a terrible shame to lose all the reviews and feedbacks over the last 5 or so years.
