This is what happens when you allow a toxic environment to fester and grow.
Players don't want to play for the coach.
Coach doesnt seem to like the GM or his moves. Hasn't made adjustments all season.
GM might be walking away from the org at the end of the season.
Just toxic

Floridas 1st will be middle of the pack actually, so pretty valuable. They should have kept it and committed to a rebuild. Trade Huberdeau at the deadline if he wouldn’t commit long term, his contract would be way cheaper. Yea, the Florida trade was amazing but after that? Use the assets to rebuild.

Had their spat with the coach and now taking their toys and going home, rather than taking that glorious OOT result yesterday and walking through the door WPG and NSH propped open for them.
