This Bloodline story is A+ storytelling. The WWE should learn from this about how to captivate audiences and make everyone look good in the process. I agree with SuperMatt18, this is about Roman vs. Jey as much as it is Roman vs. Sami. The key here will be to get fans more emotionally invested in Cody during all of this.
In reality the best long term story telling would actually have been Jey being the one to dethrone Roman with the support of Sami, and the rest of the Bloodline finally turning on Roman in the end.
It's interesting how it's set up too. Jey, Jimmi, and Solo are all brothers, where as Roman is just the "chosen" one who is their cousin.
There would be a clear path there to Jimmi and Solo turning on Roman to help Jey, because in the end they are the closer family.
I dont think it's best way to do it, but in terms of creating a moment
Having something with roman doing something to g
the rocks daughter that forces him to come back would be huge
To make a slight change from blasters excellent stringer ending
Have Roman do his Denzel in training day king kong ain't got nothin on me, as they all walk away from him when he expects them to finish whomever hes fighting
It's hilarious to me that the Bella Twins (now the Garcia Twins) are supposedly unhappy with how the WWE has treated them.
They were made into bigger stars than they had any right being. Given premier spots on the card, focal point of the women's division, pretty much two TV shows for them (Total Divas, and Total Bellas).

This is just to keep some sort relevance. At this point their greatest current claims to fame are "Wife of Bryan Danielson" and "Ex-Fiance of John Cena"
The WWE machine made them what they are and good for them for taking advantage. They also allowed the Bella's to take credit for the give divas a chance movement that lead to bigger roles for woman event though it was AJ Lee that did it.
So they're opportunists. I always gave credit to the Bella Twins for working hard to improve in the ring, but they were never elite as workers nor on the mic. They were marketable.
Do they go to AEW and soak up a few million dollars and we see another set of WWE castoffs that claimed that WWE was holding them back, when it turns out that WWE was the only reason why they were halfway decent? Sure.
If the Bellas can thrive without the WWE pushing them then good for them, god bless, pass the dynamite.

I forget who it was, maybe Mayrse who basically use that to accuse the Bellas of Fing their way to the top.
The ultimate ownage of the Bellas was still the Miz and Maryse riffing on their reality shows.

The Dynamite shows have been wildly inconsistent, and they're paying for that in terms of viewership.
Last week was an 855k average the week before was I think an 833k. The buy rate for the PPV was a bit soft at 130,000.
The last few Dynamites have been pretty poor TV and fans are starting to tune out except for their core group, and even that's a little soft.
I know you seem to have a hate for anything AEW, but outside of a couple storylines WWE is fairly fluff. And in the end the wrestling is better in AEW hands down.

One thing I've never understood about the internet wrestling fan community is the obsession with weekly tv numbers. A bad week or two and the product is tanking and fans are tuning out. The next week it bounces back and the product is suddenly surging again. Wrestling fans just can't help themselves for whatever reason when it comes to ratings.
I'm in Winnipeg tonight for the shows, should be a great time. Looking forward to it.

Can only imagine the pop for Jericho, and how loud the crowd sings Judas. Have an awesome time!
Haha oh boy, Edmonton gets Dynamite AND Rampage. Calgary gets . . . .a house show. I suspect that has to do with the production limitations of using the Saddledome.
