I wonder if there are any other franchises where players like Lewis and Lucic are seen as essential when the team can't score goals. It's amazing and so, so frustrating to watch.

I think almost any coach would staple a 23 year old on pace for 40 points over a 82 game season to the press box in favour of a 34 year old on pace for 18 points over 82 games. That is just common coaching sense.
