For sure, and it wasn't a criticism. I can only imagine how much work it takes to make those GDTs. I just got myself thinking I can't remember who's #15, so it took me a while to remember it was Richardson.

Stinker against Minnesota is the aberration.
Execution is an issue, effort just hasn't been.

Yeah if anything I think that's the problem at this point.
You rarely see a team play 64 games with such little reward for their effort. The effort has been there but every brain fart or breakdown has ended up in the back of their net, and they haven't been rewarded with much luck on the finishing end either.
This is the worst PDO season in Flames history (Shooting % + Save %), think that was mentioned on twitter yesterday.
Maybe it's lack of skill, maybe it's bad luck. But man that does have to be discouraging for a team either way. Top 10 in both xGF/60 and xGA/60 at 5v5, 3rd in xGF%, but 32nd in PDO has them performing way worse than the "effort" would suggest.

Agreed. But I am an absolute sucker for Mel Brooks movies. This, Spaceballs and Blazing Saddles are in my "Working background noise" rotation. Only problem is I get too distracted by the movies and end up forgetting to work sometimes LOL

Didnt take it as critical at all, no harm done, just thought Id share what the biggest issue is making these threads, didnt think that would be the case. I have to look at numbers myself, then at other times my time commitment says just grab whats there regardless!

Biggest game of the season. I’d like to see a blow out win to piss off Minnesota for their game against Winnipeg tomorrow.

Tonight is the perfect situation to have Lucic sitting: back to back on the road, with Duehr rested. Give Lucic a break, and inject some speed.

Here's for hoping the boys commit either way.
Either win out and make playoffs or lose a bunch here and stick in the Bedsy sweepstakes.
Although we all know we're in for a .500 run here (with 5 OT losses of course).

It's too bad the Flames didn't have a guy named News because for a shift they could have tried Hubey, Lewis, and News.

And it's too bad that Monohan isn't on the team anymore, because if anyone made it hip to be square, it was Sean.
