It's not about doing it in the privacy of your own bathroom it's about doing it in a packed busy bathroom. I'm talking shoulder to shoulder urinal set ups like the Dome for example.
Dudes are shoulder to shoulder and you have to take the phone out and scroll whatever it is you are scrolling while dude are rubbing shoulders holding their cocks.
Go in, piss, get the #### out so someone else can piss.

Just so I am clear on your position, you are saying that the public washrooms at the Saddledome in the last 1/2 of the 3rd period or the public washrooms at BC Place 10hrs into a 12hr day of rugby 7's are cleaner than your home washroom.....

You know all public washrooms aren't created equal and don't experience the same level of use/abuse.
And frankly my original post wasn't about cleanliness it was about a phuckwit standing with his #### in his hand shoulder to shoulder with other dudes while people are waiting.
The specific example is the dude that was next to me scrolling. He was there and the guy next to him tagged out and I started pissing, then I tagged out and another person started and buddy is still scrolling.
