If Treliving doesn't deal assets the only reasoning is that they believe the West is weak. It's not. This combination of defence and goaltending won't be able to compete in the playoffs against Colorado or others.

You get this goaltending all year and you beat a few more bottom feeders and you also win against a tired Boston team.
