Like it honestly seems like he’s trying to match Flames fourth line versus Leafs first. He just tries to be too cute, like he’s above basic coaching techniques.

I disagree. Just call a game regardless of whether it’s a Flames broadcast or not. I don’t need them to pump the teams tires if they are playing like trash. Also, just because they compliment the other team doesn’t mean they are anti Calgary or have some hidden bias. It’s such a weird thing on this board.
