I am so happy to see that the leafs in their prime are still blocked from getting anywhere substantial.
Think I’m buying some bruin gear and jumping right on the bandwagon regardless of this deal.

That’s a good pick-up for a very good team

When the Bruins won the cup I had a trip to Vancouver scheduled 4 weeks later. Wore a Bruins hat everywhere and got one for my grandma as well.

Isn't Hall on his way to LTIR. Either way, this team is stacked.

Hopefully the Presidents Trophy curse doesn’t get the Bruins. Cause that’s a stacked team they have

i wore a B's jersey all around kelowna during the 2011 cup finals - i was constantly 'boooo-ed' which was funny. then there were others that legitimately wanted to fight... seriously?? calm down! no wonder there was a riot after the canucks lost.
the bruins are absolutely stacked - hope they go all the way again this year.

I don’t know, I thought the tear down part was supposed to be done already? The team doesn’t seem to be any closer to relevance than they were when he took over 4 years ago

I have heard that some people went through that in 1994 while wearing the Rangers jersey.

Think they realize this ain’t the year. They are damn close, adding all these assets gives them a ton of flexibility to try to make the jump soon .
Flames were trading 1sts, 2nds while at a similar stage of their rebuild for hamonic….

I still think Detroit needs more elite talent, particularly on forward. I wouldn't be surprised if Yzerman doesn't believe his team has the potential to actually compete for a Cup in the next few years without drastic changes.
