How are you managing your Season Tix?
Thought this would be the best place to post this question?
My Flames app stopped working yesterday and doesn't seem available any longer. All of NHL, ticketmaster and Saddledome Live don't seem to have my tickets, try to go to ticketmaster and blank screen. Last night had to log on to pc and email forward tickets. Is anyone else having issues? How are you managing your tickets to scan at the door?

Moving this to the main forum as I think it's more of a general question.
I just checked my Saddledome app, and my tickets for tomorrow's game are there. Also future games for Flames, Roughnecks and Wranglers are also showing.

All of my tickets are still in the app, you may want to delete the app from your phone - reinstall, sign back in and see if it kicks it back into form?

I had the same problem.
Logged out of the Flames App.
Relogged in, and back to normal.
TLDR: Have you tried turning it off and turning it back on again?

I manage an IT department. I can confirm this is often the solution. Too bad answering the phone like this isn't the most cordial way.

I'm not managing very well TBQH. Keep forking over money and more often than not going home disappointed. Taking my goalie frustrations out on my coworkers...

Ya I share your pain, but every year I write the big cheque. I look at it as a Calgary tax lol - as long as I live in the city I will buy season tix to the Flames.
But once we are practically out of the playoff picture (within the next week) I will need distance from NHL hockey. The West is wide open this year and it will be too painful to read and listen to all the hype going into the post-season.
Maybe I will watch a few playoff games but will delete all the NHL related apps and media links from my phone...

I split 50/50 with an old school (ticket holder since season 1 at the Corral old) STH who still gets paper tickets printed. Sometimes is a PIA because I need to trek up to his place with a cheque (??) or cash to pick-up tickets, exchange games, trade etc.

Thanks for the suggestions. I did delete the app and when I went to reinstall couldn't find it in Google store. I thought maybe that was the issue.
I put a shortcut to the Flames account manager on my homescreen for now that will work...

Had this happen to my Ticket master app, had to delete and reinstall, now it works fine.

My app has worked very well for the season. I have transferred tix, added tix to Apple wallet, added additional tix to app and used the moving bar code at the door from the Saddledome app.
Can you start a season ticket holder, needs improvement category?
The traffic jam into the grounds last night was the worst I have ever seen.

I missed the whole first period because of it. Had to park at Studio Belle lot and then walk to the 'Dome. Absolute mess

Easy. I punted them a few years ago in favour of watching in the comfort of home in front of big screen hd tv with cheap beer and snacks along with ability to walk away and go to bed if not entertained rather than a two hour trip home listening to bad takes on overtime trying to stay awake after another 1 goal dissapointing loss.

I gave up on the app a while ago. Just sign into my account in Chrome on phone or pc. Then I just put tickets in Google wallet. Pretty sad the nhl/flames can't make an app that works flawlessly
As for the games. My interest level for going to the 'dome has never been lower. But then it's near impossible to even get your season ticket price trying to sell.
I have a ticket partner and I use my tickets for business so I'll probably keep them but could easily give them up if buddy didn't want to keep splitting.
(I also drive in from out of town so it makes for a long, late evening)

Suprised it only took 13 posts for the inevitable.
I use the Flames website on mobile...less flaky then the app (app would freeze or log me out most times) and just as functional otherwise.
