In the past it made more sense with the number of divisional games, this season the Oilers and Flames played 3 times.

Yeah, if people are going to make Markstrom trade proposals they could atleast do it for teams who look like they'll be in the playoffs.

Vancouver is the only bad team I could see him waiving for and even then probably not.

I've always liked Talbot, and figured he was underrated, but I'm not sure there's any point in aquiring him now-he's 35, and winding down.

IIRC Talbot’s departure from the Flames wasn’t a smooth one. Doubt he would be thrilled about returning to the Flames.

He’s probably thrive under a Sutter team, we just need a guy to stop the low and medium scoring chances.

I’ll go out on another limb and say the Flames aren’t making any goaltending moves before the deadline, as much as some might like that to be the case.
