Really glad that the Flames had a viable #6 replacement on the farm in Gilbert
These little surprises could save the Flames spending assets at the deadline that most years they would send to bring in such pieces

Markstrom kinda lost all the benefit of the doubt. If a goalie gets beaten on a powerplay shot from a star player like Eichel it's never a weak goal. But I think it was stoppable. Vladar probably thought the same according to his body language. Still a great game from him. Lets keep this up.
