I don't know how the Oilers could do anything to add at this point. They have $500k in cap space, they are on two emergency recalls because they don't have cap space. If someone else gets injured their next recall would have to be a junior player (I just Googled the emergency recall rules and found this funny).

I suppose they can add a bunch of draft picks to Puljujarvi or Foegle. Maybe someone would take Yamamoto. I really love the pickle they are in.


Side note...Wow, are the capitals set up for a huge turnover next year. Every single d-man is a free agent 6 UFA, and 2 RFA's, plus 5 UFA's upfront.

Lewis is a good penalty killer. That's about the only good thing going for those guys these days.
