I'm seriously thinking about getting a tattoo of Sliver fighting a meth head while walking a dog, but I'm not sure my skin can contain that degree of glory.

When I first started reading his posts I thought for sure he was really, really old and likely physically handicapped (hence the rascal).
Turns out he's about my age and just has a taste for gadgets that make his life easier. I bet he has a leatherman on his belt and keys attached to a retractable cord. I envision him to have about 400 keys on it, and he knows what they all do.
We can all learn a thing or two from this fella.

Sliver often comes off as a dick, but a lovable dick who doesn't take himself too seriously, and is usually just giving other posters "the gears" as I like to say. Sometimes ridiculous, often times thoughtful, at all times a unique perspective that doesn't accept bull#### as the norm. I may not always agree, but I can appreciate these qualities.
I've had friends like this throughout my life, and I usually keep them around because even though they may drive me crazy at times, they mean well and keep me honest.
