Keep these guys up with the big team!!!

PS. Dube has 10 points in his last 6 games!
Ritchie and Stone should stay in the pressbox as depth players.

I’d add Gilbert to your list.

Gilbert has looked quite decent last couple games. Physical but what's impressed me is his skating and passing between the blue lines.

I wonder if Phillips will get a proper look now that his buddies have fit in.

So happy to see the kids play well and get games!

Our defense has to avoid these wild meltdowns then have every game. It was complete domination and then a defenseman will either juggle the puck or make a dopey pinch and we give up a 10 bell chance against the normal flow of play. Could be on the forwards not covering on some of them.

But beyond the below average goaltending - that is what kills us. Almost every Arizona shot is a 2 on 1 or some wild chance.

So...how about that Tyler Folly? Over ppg his last 30(!). On pace to shatter all his offensive stats. The team's best forward for much of the season. After the disappointment last season, he has stepped up massively. Still has a year left on his contract for 4.25M. He can bring back a massive haul if the team utilizes him correctly.

Folly needs a "frickin" thread.

Huderdeau's lack of contribution is a real concern. That pending 10.5 M contract is terrifying.

Might be our Jeff Skinner..

Which implies he might not get the offense back until Sutter's contract is up

He has at least shown flashes lately. He looked really good against the Rangers. So that’s new lol

Yes it that’s time a year when crappy Flame teams start winning and either just miss the playoffs or get embarrassed in the first round of the playoffs. Either way hurting their draft position. Sorry I’ve been a Flames fan for too many years seeing this play out over and over.

Lol I needed to vent! Go Flames Go!

There was a poster who was calling him one of the worst players and/or contracts repeatedly over the summer.

It was a stupid and uninformed take then.

Now its completely laughable.

The guy is a friggin bargain.

That's an understatement. It's completely baffling to me that he is on pace to score 15 goals which would statistically be the second worst year of his career after his horrible softmore slump nearly a decade ago (adjusted for goals/game).

His goals/60 on 5v5 is tied for the last spot on the team with grinders like Lewis and Lucic and only ahead of Lucic if considering all situations.

Mostly it's systems but elite talent should shine through no matter what. He's underperforming at historical levels.

To me it implies that he cannot produce at even a reasonable level unless he's playing a game that is not conducive to playoff success - which is likely why the Panthers moved him/wouldn't re-sign him last year.

Hugely flawed $10.5M player, which is really scary for this franchise.

Outdone by goaltending my ass! One power play goal and one by your own defense. Get serious.
