Two good looking ATP finals on Sunday:
Rotterdam: Medvedev vs Sinner
Buenos Aires: Alcaraz vs Norrie
I'll take Sinner and Carlitos.

Meanwhile in Dubai, Leylah won the opening set 6-4 over Julia Grabher.
Edit: The good news: Leylah wins 6-4 6-2. The bad news: She faces Iga next.

Medvedev breaks early in set 3 and Sinner looks like he's out of gas. He's played a lot of tennis in the last two weeks.
Edit: The Russian takes it 5-7 6-2 6-2. On the one hand, it is incredible how Medvedev gets a ton of balls back in play and just waits for his opponent to make a mistake. On the other hand, it is puzzling why he doesn't take advantage of his weapons and try to shorten points. He's basically Andy Murray 2.0 with bigger weapons and you wonder if his body is going to hold up with all the wear and tear he puts his body through.

I guess we shouldn't forget about the ATP 250 event in Delray Beach (although Shapo's performance was extremely forgettable). Taylor Fritz took the title over Kecmanović.

By the way, with Fritz winning the title in Delray Beach, he's going to be in the top 5 in the ATP rankings next Monday as Nadal is dropping 500 points this week. First American man to be top 5 in the rankings since Andy Roddick.

Bianca vs. Elena Rybakina is ready to start on TSN3 (players warming up as I type).

Bianca had a chance to break in the opening game (two break points), but couldn't cash in. As often happens, she then gets broken in the very next game.
Edit: Same scenario happened again and Rybakina holds serve, but it appears Elena had called the trainer to the court.

Rybakina takes the opening set 6-3. That one break of serve was all she needed, but Elena is also crushing the ball today.

Welp, Bianca looks like she's just called the trainer to work on her shoulder. I know she wants to play, but the smart thing would be to let that shoulder fully heal.
Edit: After the MTO for a shoulder massage, Bianca breaks.
Edit 2: Rybakina breaks right back - Pretty good match thus far, it's not often you see Bianca outgunned from a power perspective.

Wow, what a return to break by Bianca. Now she needs to hold.
Edit: Nope

Rybakina breaks and is serving for the match at 5-4. Just a little more clutch on the big points than Bianca today.

Rybakina takes it 6-3 6-4. Her ranking is low because she didn't get anything for winning Wimbledon last year, but in my opinion, she's right there with Sabalenka just below Iga.
