I do feel good for Andy Reid too.
He took a lot of flak from Eagles fans over the years and happy to see him get the win over them.

The NFL does a lot of things well but it is really bad at trophy presentations. The NHL does it best.

Chiefs OLine was the MVP, the ironic turnaround from two years ago where it gave them no chance. Eagles pass rush was neutered and they ran it well too.

Patrick Mahomes in the postseason:
- 72/100 (72%)
- 703 passing yards
- 7 TDs
- 0 INTs
- Super Bowl MVP
And he was hurt. Thats pretty ridiculous.

Reid is a offensive wizard with his play design. Those last two TDs seem simple but defenses clearly aren't ready for it the switch offs.
Would the Eagles have come back with 1:45 after a KC FG? Maybe But they didn't stop the Chiefs all second half from scoring. And they didn't stop a 12 yard run right after that penalty which was really the killer.
Chinsy call but technically a penalty. There's holds like that every play.

They didn’t stop that next run because they weren’t trying too, they gave him a lane .

At the end of the play. The play was run from the 15 yard line. If they stuffed the run at the line or got him out of bounds before getting another first down or that far down the field, the Eagles would've taken it.

The penalty ended the game. Stuffing him at the line just makes it a slightly longer FG.

What they needed to do was to grab him all pull him into the end zone.

I mean this is the truth of it. The officiating is trash, they treat the players like animals, and they're a fascist propaganda machine...but we're all whores for football and they know we'll do nothing about it.

Yup, as soon as the penalty is called, the chiefs can choose to kick a FG and leave the eagles with about that 8 seconds left, or score a TD, leaving more time on the clock. Philly needed to ensure that they pulled him into the end zone (or push him out of bounds if they could)

Was at the in-laws today to celebrate a birthday. It was weird that we were all cheering for the Chiefs. It was a fun time. Normally we're trash talking each other when watching sports.
Also, we're all bad people. We cheered for the Chiefs because my wife's sister's loser boyfriend is a huge Eagle's fan. (They weren't there because watching sports is more important than family - which was awesome because he ruins family gatherings anyway)
Yay Chiefs!

The chiefs had 4 scoring drives in the second half.
The Eagles had 3 drives total in the second half. (Not counting the last play)

Chiefs were great in 2nd half. Mahomes is unreal. I hate the Chiefs.
I just feel robbed of the finish that should have been. Chiefs should have been attempting a FG with 1:45 left on clock and a finish worthy of the game. It's just disappointing. Again

Mike Pereira is a bootlicker and a moron. That was one of the worst calls in the history of sports given the stakes. Like it wasn’t even close. Not a 50/50. Not even a judgement call. It was just straight up 100% wrong. Sham of a Super Bowl.

Well Bradbury said after the game that he had a hold of his jersey and hoped they’d let it go. I mean, that’s pretty cut and dried. I do think the refs had a bad game, but if you watch the NFL you get a lot of “ref-ball”. It’s brutal.
