Because I can’t see a single team taking on that contract. That has to be one of the worst signings ever, with it leading to not being able to retain your captain in Horvat.

I've seen it by Flames fans on this forum when he talks about the Flames like his opinion that Darryl wants the GM job. I think he's a pretty solid insider myself.

Oh yeah plenty here have called him out for doing nothing other than his job. It's always funny that hockey fans love trade rumours more than any other group of fans and salivate over any insider rumours but the moment the rumours come out about the team they cheer for, they start hating on insiders.

I am and he is. He was claiming Ilya's season was over back in September. I don't trust anything that comes out of his mouth. His complete lack of knowledge of rules should discredit him for most.

I am no fan of Seravelli but in his defense Ilya's season probably should have been over in preseason. How many guys play on a knee with a torn ACL? Maybe it wasn't public knowledge but Seravelli knew something.

I totally missed Miller spazzing out and Kuzmenko's reaction. It seems pretty obvious that there is division in that locker room and they need to get rid of Miller.
I remember seeing that bench shot on the game highlights and thinking it was Petterson pretending to be mad that it was Kuzmenko's goal and not Elias', because he tapped it in off the goal line. Kuzmenko saying "It's my goal." or something like that.
Ooof, they've got the weather and the beauty and the best of many worlds in having the mountains and the ocean right there for residents, but this management team and ownership has actually successfully made Vancouver undesirable.
Would be a big loss if Demko forces a trade. Not easy getting a number 1 goalie.

I have little doubt that Sutter wants the GM job, although I expect he'd need someone else to have the official title. But Sutter would need to be in charge.

If Demko wants to be traded he best get back on the ice and playing to previous levels. He was the worst goaltender in the league when he went down to injury.
