Yeah but it's to stay with a girl I'm seeing up there, and this trip is to make up for when she came down here for New Years Eve and I ended up waking up on the 31st the day after she got here sick as balls. Poor thing ended up staying on the couch (I offered her the reverse sleep situation but she wanted no part of my room with all the germs in there) and left early. I'm starting a huge project at work in Feb and won't be able to visit until March after this weekend. Sainters has needs...

But yeah I hear ya, not worth getting in a wreck over. Just gonna keep my eyes on the skies the next couple hours here.

My Daughter played in one out there years ago when she was in PeeWee, she is 19 now.

It snowed like a mofo the whole time.

It was an exceptional experience. While the ice surface was crap, a tonne snow built up, the girls enjoyed the hell out of it.

One game was delayed because of all the team were off playing in the snow together.

This stuff is fun to drive in today, assuming you're not on a schedule. I'm not just smiling, I'm fricken smirking and snickering while driving around vehicles.

First time I get to muck around in this stuff with my car. I keep oversteering when I turn and the AWD system is kicking in when the slush under neath my vehicle clears and I hit pavement again. I'm getting used to this new to me vehicle and this 51:49 weight ratio thing is kinda fancy I guess. It's slightly different to the weight distribution of the AWD TL I used to drive.

Flurries. Local amount 2 cm. Wind north 30 km/h gusting to 50. Temperature falling to minus 8 this afternoon. Wind chill minus 13 this afternoon.

2cm fell in the time I shoveled my steps, did the sidewalks, and went back to the steps. Missed the mark on that one, guys.
