The man is paid to win...and he has a very veteran laden team. Lets be honest they will be in a dogfight from here on out. I think maybe the pressure from the media and fans to put in these "young guys" might be getting to him, he is the coach after all let him do what hes paid to do ...he deserves that respect.

yeah I don't think this is acceptable behaviour by the coach either. There was nothing wrong with the question, and tbh, I don't care who asked it.

No gifs, no Yanet.

Flames played a very solid game overall. Glad Dube got a goal there. If he can get to 20 goals this season, that'll be solid to see his offensive production continue to grow.

That's not what I said.

I just stated what's happening. I didn't lay any opinion. People are focusing on it being about Pelletier when there is actually something between Darryl and this reporter.

I think the team played too good of a game and some here have nothing to complain about, so....they complain about the coach's response to a reporter in the post game.

Yup. Also, just a few days ago Sutter gave an lengthy interview where he praised Pelletier and then got interrupted with some stupid question that had nothing to do with Pelletier. I believe Sutter likes Pelts (like he has said so, IN PUBLIC) and Pelts knows it. Chill people.

They put up trash cans and locked him out and once he came in they left. A bunch of players openly called for him to be fired because of how negative he was. Justin Williams doesn't have a good thing to say about him despite winning a cup.

Lol Darren Haynes is more fan than reporter. Just playing to his core audience on twitter who are all pissy about the team generally and Pelletier specifically not playing.

Darryl is the same as he ever was, doesn’t like answering questions about individuals. Doesn’t like giving the media talking points. You could alternatively have Jay Woodcroft talking about 7th defensive who played 2.5 minutes having a “meaningful impact on the game”, disingenuous to his core.
