Hes been so good too, people were worried he might be a perimeter player, but hes very solid on the boards and net front

In a vacuum it's a solid singing if its at that number, and its dhaliwhal who is usually very reputable

But it's also a bit of, what are we doing

Hes 27 in 3 weeks, and hes a winger

Kuzmenko, boeser, miller, mikayhev, garland

Those are all good players, and at least right now arent contract anchors

But they are scoring wingers and the nhl just doesnt really value them right now

It's like we are an nfl team and we are stacking running backs at 40% of our cap

I cannot, for the life of me, understand why the team is making such a likable, lovable guy twist in the wind in a market with media as awful and blood thirsty as Vancouver.


I can't. I have no answer or excuse for it. I agree with the team that in the end, he isn't the right fit but how this has been handled by Allvin and Rutherford is cruel and inexplicable.

Yup. I'd revise it to "Everyone deserves..." to emphasize that how Rutherford is treating Boudreau, nobody deserves. Complete dick move.

I have not seen anyone saying that this is cool. Either online, in media or just through random chatter. No one seems to be on board with this treatment. Yes to moving on, no to how it's happening seems to be a majority opinion.
