He didn't do anything disastrous though, which is all you can ask for from a rookie. The risk is he gets frustrated and makes a bad decision for an INT. None of that so far.

I thought Brock played just fine outside of a few bad throws. To me the bigger story is SF's defense being unable to stop those TD drives.

49ers just need to stop kicking FGs. They are averaging over 8 yards per play and outgaining Seattle by 2.6 yard yards per play, but settling for 3 FGs is the difference.

I think we will see another gear from the Niners in the second half

Especially given that the weather has been much nicer than expected. That was supposed to be helpful to Seattle.

Part of the issue for SF on offense, how many times have they gone to Kittle? Have to think he gets the ball a lot more in the second half and that could be the difference.

they keep losing yards on first down though so at some point that's unrecoverable and the drive stalls.

Seahawks have been getting abused in the middle of the field with crossers all game, 49ers need to stick with that.

Niners grinding down the Hawks defense with their relentless run game.

The 49ers may have figured out that all they need to do is give McCaffrey carries because Seattle's run defence is complete garbage.

Niners defense doing their best to make Geno look like Tom in his prime.

That's PI. Both those two calls were bad, and a turnover results. Fake league rears its head again.

yup. Played a clean 1st half, no penalties, no turnovers. 2 penalties and a fumble on that drive could be the dagger

Also burned a timeout, so that was about as bad a drive as it gets. Bled clock, made mistakes, got nothing.
