Wow suprised really thought Markstrom would be in this one, that's great news Vladar gets rewarded for his play against the Blues.

That's probably as close as Pelleiter will get to game action with Sutter here.

Big game on a matinee. I just hope it is neither a snoozer or a stinker.

Tbh just send Pelletier back down if he isn’t gonna play. I’d rather him be playing consistently in the A then sitting in the press box in the NHL

I hate matinee games.
Anyway, I am guessing that one of the forwards is battling something and is possibly day to day behind the scenes, so Pelletier is here as insurance. Given how Duehr played the last game, it’s hard to take him out the next game.

seeming more and more like a feud between Darryl and Brad that Darryl is going to win because he will be the only one here next year

There’s more to being in the majors without playing than just sitting in the press box. Pelletier is watching and learning and practicing with big leaguers. That’s a good thing.

Plus he's on a road trip with the team which is prime chemistry building territory.

It's not like they'd scratch Duehr after he scored.
And Ruzicka's size is probably a big reason he's in vs Dallas. Maybe next game Pelletier gets in.

I hate that we suck during matinee games, but the concept of matinee games is nice on an otherwise chill Saturday.

I’m not opposed to not drawing him in based on last game but he should be playing so send him back down.

Or they are on a long road trip and need extra bodies in case of injury...plus Walker has played too well to take him out
