People are posting some good ones here.
I agree with the drunk drivers. There's just NO excuse for that.
And I also agree with slow walking people. Get out of my friggin' way! You may not have been blessed with long legs like me, but that doesn't mean you have to clog the sidewalk/aisle/whatever. Sometimes I just feel like giving people a swift kick to the back of the head.

People who get ticked off with ME because they don't know the PIN on an account, and aren't listed as authorized, and so can't gain access to it. Because I'm the one who made the privacy laws in Canada...
People who tell me that if I don't give them access, that means we don't want payment. Yeah. In your fantasy world, that's how it works.
People who say things like, "I've been married to my husband for 35 years, of course I have access to this account!" Because we've never been caught in the middle of a divorce before... The law is still the law.
People who call in and say "YOU PEOPLE!" and continue to yell like I'm the one who screwed up your account. I'm just here to help. The more you yell, the less I want to. I can be rather helpful, if you'd let me, but first, we need to get one thing straight: You've never talked to ME before, so do not lump me in with "you people." Talk to me like I'm a human, and you'll get the same respect in return. I have yet to show you that I don't know what I'm doing. Until I do, treat me like I'm intelligent. Chances are, I'm smarter than you.
People who blame Telus and expect Telus to pay when they go on a $20 rate plan and use 3000 minutes. We're not the ones who wanted a small bill and figured a smaller rate plan meant a smaller bill. Dork.
Perhaps I should sum it up by saying I loathe stupid people in general.

Hang up on them. I got 1 sentence in with a Rogers rep, where I was shouting, and she hung up on me. When I called back after being on hold for 10 minutes, I was quite polite to the new guy I got.
I actually lerned my lesson, even though it was their fault.

Yeah, but I'd rather do my nails and wait for you to get it out... hit mute and talk to my coworkers or whatever. My cue is when I get the "hello? HELLO?" That's when I ask if they're done yet.
I'll only hang up if you swear. And seriously Tron, serves you right for switching! (Telus is getting a CDMA/GSM BB this summer, FYI.)

I'm with you on that one. Someone starts a conversation with me with "You People" and it automatically gets my back up against the wall.

Once again, I find myself in line with you. I detest socks too. In fact, last year I made a New Year's resolution to wear socks on not more than 52 days for the entire year. I made it too ... I only wore socks on 48 days. I was able to pull this off because I work at home and could avoid having to go out on a lot of winter days. Even then, I'd often go bare foot in my snow boots since I don't have a foot odor problem. Socks suck ...

Try working wireline repair. These same people think that I personally broke their phone and that Ihave a magic button at my desk that I can press to fix it. They also don't understand that we have a finite number field techs and therefore their problem is not going to be fixed in 20 minutes.

People who spit on the sidewalk.
People who empty their ashtrays on the road.
CT riders who don't shower. Nothing worse than getting stuck beside some dude who hasn't showered in days. The same with those who have bad breath.
Going to a movie theatre and getting raped at the concession stand.
Drivers who weave in and out of traffic opn the Deerfoot. It's not the Indy 500!
Women who douse themselves with perfume.

people who don't speed up when merging onto Deerfoot. it boggles my mind that people can't grasp the concept if you want to drive on a road with a speed limit of 100 km/h, you should actually accelerate to 100 km/h BEFORE you merge into traffic. you CAN put your foot down a little harder on the pedal, it won't cause the car to explode

Pants!
Down with bifurcated garmets! For too long have we lived under their cruel reign. End the trouser tyranny and free your lower limbs from the restrictive, cloistering, uncomfortable rule of pants!
Why are men forced to dress to a side when we were meant to be free, like a bird flying over it's eggs? Why are we expected, day after day, to endure the torture of crotched clothing?
No more I say! Throw off your jeans, your cords, and your britches! Unshackle yourself from your shorts, your slacks and your drawers!
Look to that most noble of garments, steeped in tradition and all it's unbifurcated glory: The Kilt!
Be airy an' free! Enjoy the cool summer breeze in a way ye've never known ye could! Feel the glorious sway of yer pleats as ye stride with strong confidence and enjoy the curious glances of the lassies who have but one thing on their mind: What's he got under there?
None of these joys of life shall ye have in yer god forsaken pants! So again I say rise up and grab hold of the comfort and freedom you rightly deserve!

taken to a more serious context, i DO hate when it's 30+ degrees in the middle of summer, all the males at my workplace still have to wear pants while the women get to wear short skirts (which i have NO problem with, i just wish us men got to enjoy the breeziness as well)

Most of mine have been said already.
Calgary Drivers!
I mean seriously, if you don't drive the speed limit and I try to take you over, don't glare at ME!
Slow Walkers!
Don't walk in the middle of a narrow sidewalk because then NO ONE can get by you.
Loud people on the train.
Once you are off of the train, yell to your hearts content. I don't care what your Mom just bought you for your 18th birthday....really I don't.
People who get on a train between 4:30 - 6 and just STAND RIGHT IN FRONT OF THE DOOR.
MOVE TO THE MIDDLE OF THE TRAIN YOU ######, seriously, how hard is it to realize that there are more people than just you.
People who lack common sense.
Don't stand in line for a coffee, proceed to moan and bitch about how it's taking so long. It's a lineup, what did you expect??
Name brand whores.
Don't act like you are the king of the world when you wear an ugly gaudy looking shirt that has D&G all over it.

Oh man, I disagree, but you have every right to hate them if you want to.
I'll admit that at first, it just sounds like generic scream rock. They've grown on me, and are actually a quite talented band. If you've heard any stuff by City and Color (Alexisonfire's frontman Dallas Green's band) you might like that stuff a bit better.
I'm a huge of of AOF.

Grocery shopping amongst all those who drive their shopping carts right in the center of the aisle. Even better are the ones who stop them in the middle and stare at the ingredients of a can of pineapple for 5 minutes (hint...ITS F&@#ING PINEAPPLE!). If these people didn't drive to the store, they must have been on the road at some point to get there. Carts are like cars; drive on one side and stay in your damn lane.
And smoking.
I need a tylenol.

Drivers that need to slow down to 25 on the Deerfoot to gawk at an accident on the opposite side of the road.
Costco on a weekend.
People (aka my family and their friends) that believe just because I am in the computer industry, it is my duty to fix any technology related problem they have for free.
Getting in the elevator at work after a group of smokers are coming back from their morning fix.

I pretend to be looking elsewhere and drive my cart full steam right into theirs. I just did this at Costco not 5 hours ago, I kid you not.
