I'm ready for four more years of "who could've possibly seen that coming?" from the conservative members of CP. Following the extensive lightbulb discussion in the lead-up to the election, of course.

you're right
Don't forget she's really going to bribe Calgary. She's already been singing the tune of Edmonton has been getting all the money and it's Calgary's turn.
She knows which voters to bribe. She'll offer hockey arena money and everyone will fall in line.

Then Calgarians will complain that it is rural alberta's fault that the UCP is so conservative even though that is under their control.

Wait until there's a televised debate, Smith isn't going to be able to contain herself. The libertarian and misinformation juice is just flowing through her veins waiting to burst out of her hot mouth.

The election will be decided in the Suburbs of Calgary. I still think it could go either way. I'm leaning NDP win right now, but it depends how the healthcare situation continues to progress/degrade.

I don't think they have that luxury. Polls are still too close. You only do that when you have a commanding lead, where only absolute bozo eruptions risk your spot.
Smith still needs to fake to the 25% undecideds that she's not as bat-#### crazy as she is in her deep, libertarian heart.

The difference between Katie Hobbs and Danielle Smith is Danielle Smith's opponent is actually an intelligent, competent politician and not a helium-filled hobgoblin like Kari lake.

Notley record during her time as Premier should give ample ammo.
Plus her staying quiet as a mouse as Trudeau continues to go after energy sector speaks volumes.
Danielle will eat her for lunch as she has continued to from day one.
This isn’t a fair fight.

Lol.
Bold of you to think it's only her lunch. She's chow it down for breakfast, lunch, AND dinner.
Can't wait to see NOTLEY CRY SATLY LIBRUL TEARS!

I'm a bit confused. What time does Smith eat lunch? Seems like its getting late in the day, no?
Quote:
NDP Leader Rachel Notley has a net favourable rating of +10 with 43% having a positive view of her and 33% viewing her negatively. In contrast, Premier Danielle Smith’s net favourable rating is -12 with 30% positive and 42% negative. Both leaders are quite well known with about 1 in 10 Albertans saying they don’t know enough about both leaders to have an opinion. This suggests that views of these leaders are unlikely to change much – especially in the positive direction – given how well known they are. It’s hard to change people’s perceptions of you once they have an impression.

The multiple health code violations at Danielle's restaurant in High River is more than enough to demonstrate she knows nothing about lunch.

I received a PM today from a user with a join date of Jan 2023.
They took issue with one of my recent posts in this thread, but it wasn't overly insulting in tone.
It just just made me wonder which former poster it is as I doubt a truly new member would bother.

Her husband David owns the restaurant.
