it's still the Czech Republic, Czechia is their official "Short" name as of 2016

I don't think not being able to score on the PP makes you the better team
Czechia was good, but 2nd best IMO
You could play that game 10 times and Canada would win 7 or so IMO

They should change 3 on 3 OT. Maybe a shot clock or prohibit teams from bringing the puck back out across the blue line?

3 on 3 is super exciting only issue for me in a gold medal game is you are basically deciding the game with 6 players and a goalie on each team while the rest of the guys that put in the blood sweat and tears sit on the bench

As a Czech fan it's heartbraking to lose a championship game in the OT. We might have to wait another decade for a chance like this. However I want to point out one thing. Most of these Czech kids are playing in Canadian junior hockey leagues, have been taken in and cared of by canadian families. They wouldn't be standing there if you guys weren't so nice to us. We are grateful indeed, you do God's work for the international hockey. Congrats on the win, great tournament it was.
Sidenote: the term Czechia was pretty much invented by our president Zeman. To say he is not popular over here is an understatement.
