Should’ve simply been a quick whistle. You can’t say either ref could see the puck under the player.

Chintzy call for Canada with 30 sec left. Good play by that Slovak kid to stall the puck. What’s the worst that happens? You go to OT 4 on 3 anyways.

The refs have been letting the puck stall all night.

It was on the shoulder.

The play has been pretty wide open. It’s a penalty, but not something usually called at that time. Game management is a thing or it’s not.
