Yeah, makes a lot of sense. Two big players out relatively long-term and they're cycling through to make the top players younger.

I'd expect Shaw to be the LCB. Lindelöf ill, Maguire too but fit enough for the bench it seems. Does Phil Jones even exist? Still earns a ####load of money, yet we have to shuffle players around like crazy if we miss a couple of CBs. Incredible.

job well done. Rashford, Casemiro and Varane were all excellent. Antony had a really poor game and they were way too wasteful with their chances, but that's about it. Good to finally watch some football again lol
I do like the fluid attack, but getting in another striker wouldn't hurt.

Chelsea spending ~€120m on Fernandez this window will have them over 600m in two windows since Boehly took over. They’ve changed the FFP rules to spread costs out over the term, but seriously this is insane. There are rumours that the Saudis have a piece of Chelsea through Boehly, and that actually makes some sense.
Overall, the FFP rules are just useless though.
