International reffing is such a joke. 5 and a game for a hit that shouldn't have even been a penalty.

The wave when we’re down 5-2 is an interesting choice

Full credit to CZE defense in this game. Spacek has been
excellent.

Shane Wright? He's been underwhelming. He doesn't push the needle at all.

Bedard is good. He will give McDavid a run for his money for the title of best 75 foot player in the world in a couple years.

Big difference in the game was discipline IMO. The Czechs had it, Canada played like individuals on their own separate missions for much of it.

Boys couldn’t even get us to look up from our phones with the goalie pulled, dang this year’s squad has some work to do.

Criticism of the Goalies is uncalled for. It was a hit to the head. Once again the experts had the greatness of the Canadian team wrong. One more loss and they're done.

They would likely make the playoff round with 3 losses. So unlikely that they are done after one more loss, unless it happens in the playoff round.

Game should have been tied 2-2, goals 3-5 were awful

Hard to get excited for the world juniors when the Flames NEVER…. EVER…. have any decent Canadian team picks playing! Dube the last one?

They won't lose to Germany or Austria, they may lose to Sweden.

That would make them 2-2 and probably 3rd in the pool and into the quarter finals.

So no, not done.
