Years ago. When my kids were young enough to get toys for Christmas I think we spent more time trying to get all those ties off than doing anything else Christmas morning.
Almost as bad as CDs with the hard-to-remove security seal. If people are trying to get free music I'm pretty sure it's not by going into a record store and taking CDs out of the cases these days, but a lot still have them.

I was just thinking that I really haven't seen or heard much in terms of advertising for Boxing Day this year. Even RedFlagDeals has very little posted or being discussed. I think Boxing Day is dead and has largely been replaced by Black Friday.
