You really think the Eagles without Hurts is anywhere near as bad as the Chiefs without Mahomes?

Why are we all of a sudden pretending that Andy Reid doesn't have one of the most QB-friendly schemes of all time?

Doesn't matter as much as you think it does. Take Mahomes out of the Chiefs lineup, that offense would struggle mightily.

Mahomes is the betting favorite for MVP, and for good reason.

As for the 9ers game, I'm not sure about that decision to kick 3 instead of going for the TD and making it a 3 score game, which would have all but ended it.

Game over anyways. Commanders keep turning the ball over.

Does that speak to Mahomes quality, or the quality of their backup QB?

Hurts was the betting favourite until he got injured. This game is a blowout if Hurts is playing. There's an absolute canyon between his ball placement and Minshew's.

Not sure the Bucs can beat up anyone. Can't break 24 points

I wouldn't take too much out of this eagles Cowboys game. Meaningless game where defenses aren't really trying. Its like watching pre season.

As if Hurts is playing in a terrible scheme, but is single handily overcoming it? If overcoming scheme becomes a factor in MVP, then Herbert should probably be MVP with the dog#### scheme he has to overcome, while still looking great. Hurts has had an excellent season, and if the award were Most Outstanding Player he'd probably have it in the bag. But the Chiefs are a 6 win team with a replacement level QB, even in the Andy Reid scheme. The Eagles might be a 10 win team with Minshew, who is, well, replacement level.

It speaks to Mahomes quality. He's carrying a mediocre team kicking & screaming to a 12-3 record.

It pretty much doesn't matter how good KC's backup is. He wouldn't get the kind of results Mahomes is getting with this Chiefs team.

Hurts was the betting favorite before the injury, but the odds swung the other way once the news of the injury broke.

Oh yeah clearly this is a system team and plug and play with Minshew is easy peasy.

This game should have no impact on the MVP vote. Eagles won 13 of 14 with Hurts. In one game a team can rally around an injury. If we were going to play that game it should be based on what do the Eagles look over 8 games without Hurts.

Minshew has easily taken 14 points off the board for the Eagles. Absolutely asinine to suggest Hurts isn't the engine of this offense.

Guess it's good to know that the only team capable of beating the Eagles is the Eagles. Just absolutely brain dead today.

Cowboys gonna Cowboy. That turnover should have basically been a game ender but they have no concept of how to manage the clock.

McCarthy should have gone for it there, 6 point lead is the worst lead in football in this situation.

More idiotic decisions by the Cowboys. Now the Eagles can play 4 down football for the TD and the win.
