Sutter just lost all of his scoring firepower this offseason.

Probably because people talk about Hanifin instead.

But yes, I agree. Hanifin does a lot very well quietly.

He’s like a good oline. If you don’t hear his name during the game it’s because he’s solid.

The Flames have a lot of good young D. Hanifin and Anderson are still very young for top pairing Dmen. Which is a big bonus.

Hanifin 25
Kylington 25
Andersson 26
Zadorov 27
Weegar 28

That is a solid core

What a complete LOSER. Yeah, keep showing up the refs like that McMullet and I'm sure all the calls will come your way.

Lol, his skates went out from under him even before the Canucks defenceman touched him. Good on the ref for not falling for McCrybaby's bulls***.

It’s too bad that Zadorov can’t have an assist on the game winning goal. That was some incredible drive to take control.

Which is doubly brutal because he also forgets what he's saying halfway through his sentence

I love Hrudey but time to stick in the studio

If you are a defenseman playing for Sutter is a no brainer to get a pay raise. See: Gudbranson, Erik.

It also might be more enjoyable to play for a team where the forwards are forced to help you out, vs. a team like Edmonton where they just abandon you to fend for yourself.

Excuse me sir but Mr Stone would like to have a word with you in private.

Also how is Hanifin only 25? I swear I thought he was at least 28.

Hard to believe he's still only 25 . Trending upward for a while now and not even in his prime. What a gem.

Bread should focus on returning to last year's form... that would be the best gift he could give Darryl.

He went 5th overall in the McDavid draft.

It's crazy to think, of the 9 defencemen who have played for the Flames this season, Hanifin is the youngest.

That's pretty wild considering he is 2nd on the team for games played among defensemen. Only Tavev has more (679 vs. 551).
