It’s not just that he didn’t shoot. A blind pass to the other team in 3 on 3 is crippling.

Why only give Lindholm one shift in OT?

Positives:

Dube is unbelievable 14 pts in his last 12 while posting a +6.

Lindholm is putting up better numbers than he did last year after 33 games

Lucic first 28 games: 0 goals 5 assists -8, Lucic last 3 games: 2 goals 2 assists +5

Negatives:

The Flames are the worst team post 60 minutes in the league and it hurt them again tonight. Not an actual stat. Just my personal opinion.

Another Positive:

Beating Anaheim tomorrow will put this team on a 7/8 point roadtrip.

Huberdeau with 14 points in the last 14 games by the way

For me, the worst play of the game was Stone on the 3rd Kings goal

I almost turned the game off when I saw Backlund, Tanev and another D start the OT.

Flames should have won this. Pretty even game but Calgary with 3 posts, multiple chances in front and a disastrous start to the third period.

Vladar was solid.

OT rules are dumb. Coin toss.

Pretty happy with the effort.

If Flames get a point for every loss this season I'll take it, good game Huby played well, he should have shot the puck, I'm sure Sutter will get into his ear after this one. Win tommorrow I'm satisfied going into xmas.

Really noticed Lindholm in the d-zone tonight, lots of good plays with his positioning and sticks

I’m choosing to be positive tonight. Exciting comeback, great game by Vladar. 5 of 6 points on the trip. A win tomorrow erases any concerns about that OT.

Plus the extra point hurts the Oilers!

next time don't play for the tie until you're 2 goals down

they could've handled the Kings in regulation in this game if they didn't play in a shell for most of it

I saw a ****ing dangerous team in the last 15 minutes of the 3rd

Huberdeau is playing much better lately, but holy crap, he needs to start being more selfish and shoot the f'n puck more. His dumb decision making cost us the extra point tonight.

That being said, you have to be happy with 5 of 6 points on the road so far with a terrible Ducks team up next. Win tomorrow and that's a damn successful trip.

Flames need 2 points tomorrow and 0 from the Oilers to be in the top 8 in the conference at Christmas as per Sutter's stated goal.

Huberdeau is gonna be fine. He's been playing well for weeks. Frustrating OT performance but he's getting it.

Would still like to see a certain Timo Meier on his opposite wing, though.
