Rewatching that bad line change on the 3-2 goal, you notice that only 3 guys come on for the first 4 guys that changed, and then they realize that they forgot a guy and two guys jump on for the last guy.
Just simple mistakes that the team keeps making.

could be a character building period/game if they pull it off
you need games that you wrestle back after giving up leads to look back on when you need that in bigger future games
