The Witcher III Next Gen is also out (free upgrade!) - I bought the complete edition years ago but never touched it - perhaps it is time to do so on the PS5.
Steam has now been released for late model Tesla Model S and X
So presumably this is just Steam remote play which you can do on basically any screen, because obviously what they're putting in a Tesla does not have the ability to competently run Cyberpunk.

I got it free with my video card back in 2015. I never did bother finally playing it until last year though but when I found out about the next gen update I quit thinking it was close to being released.
I'm not too far in though so I have alot left to do.

The Model S and X have a 10 teraflop Ryzen APU and RDNA2 discrete GPU combination - about on par with a current generation console.
You are also paying for a $120,000 car though.
The lower end 3 and Y have also received Ryzen APUs in the last year so they will be able to run some level of local gaming if Steam support is later released for them.
So the Witcher 3 next gen update has basically broken the game on PC. First of all, they added a launcher, which is extremely ####ing annoying but can be skipped if you know what command to enter in Steam. But basically, no overlays now work in the game as a result, so you can't really dial in the graphics settings... which may be intentional, because the game now runs at worse FPS than Cyberpunk despite being about 8 years old. Seriously, with ray tracing and max settings it barely clears 60fps with a 3080... at 1080p. Ray tracing is basically unusable. DLSS doesn't seem to work properly either, if you do set it to higher resolutions.
This is incredibly embarrassing for CDPR. It's a complete mess.

OK, minor update: I tried GeForce experience overlay (forgot that was even a thing, I only ever use RTSS) and it does work. Using that I can basically report that ray tracing is, as I said above, broken. If you turn that off and disable Nvidia hairworks, you get a... sort of functional game? Except that with my 3080 I am in the 50s for FPS at 4K with ultra settings, with occasional drops into the 40's (I ran around Novigrad to test this stuff out). DLSS doesn't seem to make a difference to framerates or anything else for that matter so I don't think it's been implemented yet. I didn't bother trying FSR.
Here's the kicker: neither my GPU utilization nor CPU utilization ever go above 50%. My GPU's sitting at 60 degrees and the fans aren't even spinning. CPU temps below 70... It's not even trying. Basically, this is the worst optimized piece of trash they could possibly have released.
My advice is, on PC, do not bother with this until they fix it.

I'm now wondering if there is a way to reverse the update.
I read on reddit that some people were having better luck launching it through DX11. It's a bit better that way, and RTSS overlays work again which is nice, but the downsides are first that ray tracing isn't supported at all in DX11 (which isn't really a downside because as noted it's broken anyway) and HDR has to be turned off because it seems to cause insane amounts of screen flickering. Once that's off, I can set my machine to 4 and all settings to ultra+ and get a fairly stable 60fps, which is completely playable, but it eliminates most of the promised upside of this update if I can't use HDR or RT. Hell, I'd settle for a stable 60 with just HDR, honestly.
Edit: weirdly, after switching back from DX11 to DX12 and rebooting I'm now getting slightly better performance in DX12. Ray tracing, DLSS, FSR all still broken but I can get a stable playable framerate and HDR is on without flicker... I said I'd settle for that and I will.

That is true, and I actually have a PS4 copy from way back, so I could just use that as I assume it will update for my PS5... But the problem is, the best that's going to do for you is get you a locked 60fps with no ray tracing and medium settings on an HDR TV, assuming you have one. Well, I can already get above 60 on Ultra+ settings with no ray tracing on an HDR monitor, so I'm already beating that even with the garbage PC optimization. Obviously I'm not playing it at 30fps, ray tracing or no ray tracing.

You also have no choice available to improve the experience with mods or upgraded hardware, and you have to pay for online play. If that saved click makes up for that then godspeed.
High on Life was released on December 12th on Xbox One, Xbox Series and Windows PC, both as a Microsoft Store / Game Pass title and on Steam.
If you like that Justin Roiland brand of humour -- Rick and Morty, Solar Opposites, etc. -- then you'll love the game. I am really enjoying it, although I will recommend if you're at all half-way decent at first-person shooters, you should probably crank the difficulty a bit.

Specifically, all screenshots featuring text have been removed from the official listing for the games on the Square Enix Store - which in turn raises hopes that these new console versions of the game will feature a different font and visual presentation of FF1-6's vastly important text boxes.
Though they are selling out, only the switch fancy edition left now.
Not only that, but then you also have to pay duty on top. I ordered a couple vinyl soundtracks from them a while back. Shipping + duties ended up costing me $50.
