Did anyone catch Hrudey saying Tanev was already playing through a bad injury? Wasn’t sure if was talking present tense

That’s the problem. NHL players are tough customers. They will play through anything. As much as we want to see the best players win and get our team points their health should be priority. Teams need to do a better job protecting the players.

I caught it. This team is so infuriatingly idiotic about playing through injuries. Cost the team a first line centre already and apparently they haven’t learned a lesson yet.

There is enough talent on the farm to let people actually get healthy and there always has been.

It’s rare that building goes silent. Nice show of respect for a real bonafide warrior. Get well soon Tanev. Argubly our most important defensive player.

Injuries finally catching up to this group.

We have the lead but the Habs have been the more dangerous team. Marky playing better. This is the type of effort that will reinstate the trust in their tender for the team.

It's a terrible take...it's a shot attempt there are 100 of them a game. If he got it out they would have had another shot later.

It's an unfortunate play certainly not the fault of Ras
