Hadn't watched a game in a while but decided to tune in to see the team face Gaudreau.

I can't remember the last time I felt this disinterested in the team or found them so unlikable.
It's not even enjoyable to watch Flames games this season.

Not Zohorna with Markstrom in net in addition to bad reffing and bad defensive plays with Weager and Hanifin.

The Gilmour trade to Toronto may ultimately go down as the second worst trade in Flames history

One of the worst collective efforts I've seen in a really long time. Just no synchronicity, dumb penalties and boneheaded plays everywhere. Gross.

You learn this lesson in juniors, don't go out drinking on a game night. That was brutal to watch

Pathetic effort by the team. It’s the NHL, you don’t win games by showing up for 5 minutes.

Bench Lucic, he adds nothing at this point.

Wow. That was tough to watch. IDK what it is with the team this year but they almost never seem organized in the offensive end, and they play way too passively to create any chaos.

I don't get too emotional about games cause I have no part in the outcome, but that was a stinker. On the brightside Markstrom played pretty good tonight, on to the next game.

It very well may, but not because of the Tkachuk trade.

Sutter fired himself after that game. Promoted Playfair and claimed he wasn’t up
to snuff as coach.

Where are the strength of schedule people? This team sucks and won't make the playoffs.
Flames have won 5 of 7...nobody said they would win every game with the schedule evening out. They have also beat top teams

Woof. As others have stated, that was as bad as they’ve played in a long time.

Also, since when is it legal to close your hand on a puck when it’s in the crease?

Just a horrific game all around.

If there was a hockey game that personified taking a big ole crap right in your pants, we just witnessed it.

The entire forward group is not working with this system. Huberdeau might still be a good player but he's playing super safe to fit into Sutter's defensive checking system.

At the same time, all the guys have no chemistry or timing and we are passing in front of or behind each other.

Glad to finally see Zohorna being put out there as the extra attacker at the end to stand in front of the net resulting in the Stone goal. Sutter should have done that from the beginning the game (and have Phillips there instead of half the ECHL forwards who showed up with a Flaming C today).

All of you saying Flames don't have the talent to finish; really? Did you watch the game? This loss was not because of lack of skill, this was just pure lazy effort, not one player looked like they were interested to play today. On to the next one.

Really kind of a punch to the gut to see Phillips sit and then 90% of the team looks like they'd rather have been anywhere else tonight.

Except for Vladar nothing good has happened this season.
