Stone is a guy who should come in for a few limited games a year and unleash some bombs on net but we can't have him as a constant bottom pairing D.

Too bad Mackay showed he was even worse at the position and we can't try out Valimaki.

Mackey was one of the worst D-men I've ever seen playing regular minutes for the Flames. And it wasn't a small sample size, he just looks horrible.

I'm pouring a Manhattan in case it's the juju from last game...hopefully that will help the Flames, because nothing else seems to. How can a team be THAT pathetic on the first game of a road trip? Patently cringeworthy.

Ruzicka just 4:48 ice time that entire period...? Only 3:13 of that 5 on 5.
